Moldflow software provides simulation tools for injection mold design, plastic part design, and the injection molding design process. Simulation Moldflow Adviser Ultimate software helps reduce the need for costly physical prototypes, avoids potential manufacturing defects, and helps bring innovative products to market faster.

Software Autodesk Moldflow Adviser allows you to simulate the process of molding plastics. The system allows you to create prototypes in electronic form and conduct testing, which reduces the number of prepared real samples and, thereby, helps to launch the product into the implementation faster.

A software solution is needed to identify the problem at an early stage of production and ensures the reliability of the design of the plastic product. In addition Autodesk Moldflow Adviser makes it possible to carry out 3D analysis of parts with variable thickness and the layout of the cavities, and also has a balance slider.

Simulate your metal or ceramic injection molding process.

View polymer pathlines to avoid surface defects.

Simulate electromagnetic induction heating of mold components.

Assess the fiber orientation, shape, and structural properties of parts.

Simulate one-directional core deflection on parts with inserts.

From John:	"Hi David, Its been a while since we spoke... but I upgraded my computer  system to a 64bit OS... and when I loaded the 2010 3Ds Max Design I could not activate it... Can you help me please. Thanks John"
The customer upgraded his computer and then met a Registration-Activation Error. His new computer's system is 64bit OS. To fix this, he need upgraded the software bought from us to 64bit and a license for 64bit to activate it. We offered the customer 64bit software and lincense, of course, all this is free.
